DeLi(cate)
DeLi(cate) Linux is a lightweight Linux distribution and a fork of DeLi Linux 0.8, designed specifically for very old or low-RAM computers. It targets machines with minimal resources, requiring only an i386 CPU, 8 MB of RAM for console mode, 14 MB of RAM for the GUI, and around 280 MB of free disk space. The distribution uses the Linux kernel 2.4, which may limit compatibility with newer hardware.
DeLi(cate) Linux includes a functional desktop environment with lightweight window managers such as Fluxbox or IceWM, along with essential applications for web browsing, file management, and basic media playback. The last known release, version 0.1 alpha5, was published in July 2014.
